Shipping policy

All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Unless opened, you cannot tell/feel the contents inside. The only thing written on the parcel are the delivery details you provide at the checkout.

 

For UK buyers: 

• All items are dispatched within 2 working days
• Shipping starting as low as £1.99 and FREE on orders over £50

Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery next day for RM24/1st class or two day delivery for RM48/2nd class. In general, 95% of items sent with RM24/48 (1st/2nd class) arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch. However, as stated on the RM website, items are not considered lost until at least 10 working days have passed. Please note, refunds/replacements for lost orders will not be given, unless you checkout with a service that requires signature on delivery. 

 

For International buyers (including Republic of Ireland):

• All items are dispatched within 2 working days
• The current delivery charge is £9.99 (standard) or £19.99 for premium (tracked and insured)
• Please note, you might be charged customs duty & tax depending on your countries tax laws. Usually the parcels are small and not valuable enough for this to happen. 

The International service aims to deliver most items from 6 to 8 working days after dispatch. However, in rare cases it can take up to four weeks. Please opt for the premium delivery if you want live tracking and free replacement in case of the parcel getting lost. If you opt for the standard one, there will be no live tracking or replacement.
